It's all nice until you move in.
Things don't get repaired.
The owner (from china) is the super cheap.
Roof is leaking but fixed by patching where new roof is needed.

And if you think you get your deposit back...
forget it.

He makes up a list with every hole or spot he can find.
It adds all up to your deposit.

One day a former tenant drove his car into his former apartment.... guess why'


So far I know 3 other former tenants who did not see 1 cent back from their deposit.
