Just moved in in December. Right off the bat, I was attracted to how it did not have a "apartment complex" feel to the place. These are individual 1-story townhomes located amongst a quiet residential neighborhood in Plano. The residents here are not your "young rowdy" type so nights tend to be quiet. and very safe.
