better than an apartment, but not in all areas...

This property has been ok for the 1 year I've lived here. Disappointed with the pool being shut down twice by the city this summer. Most neighbors are nice, and it's quiet. There is much updating needed inside and out. Electric bill will go up in summer due to inadequate air conditioning units and insulation.
