Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I enjoyed living there for a year. After that though when it came time to renew my lease, they wanted so much rent to stay it was aweful. I had no choice but to move. An 25 % rent increase wasn't a good thing. The pool is great though, the apartments are clean and roach free.
