We lived there a year after moving from Austin. The AC bills were ridiculously high -- way higher than what we paid in our house in Austin (which was larger than the apartment). These apartments are very pricey, but you get a garage and new appliances and the floorplans are very nice. Overall, it was okay. A fairly quiet community -- we never had problems hearing partiers or anything. They were bad about charging us a ton of money and keeping our deposit even though we cleaned up and did what we were supposed to do. They nit picked.
