Lots of money for NO service

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Work orders take 2 months to be fixed, impossible to get ahold of management, no speed bumps so watch out when walking (may be run over), curb-side trash pick-up not done till noon so the birds get into everything.... the list does go on
