My wife & I have lived here for two years and this property is a fairly new property,(6 years). It's quiet,I've had no problems with crime. There are three Plano police officers that live on the property and do a good job keeping things in order. As for the staff,I've seen three new staff line ups during my stay. The 1st crew was aweful, very unprofessional, the 2nd crew was great. When I renewed, the manager,Krystal bent over backwards to keep me by not raising the rent, and remodling my apartment with new carpet, and very nice simulated wood tiling in the bath rooms, kitchen & dining. Really made the place modern & cozy. I've never really had any problems getting thing fixed in a timely manner, however, it wasn't always fixed correctly and took several visits. I do agree that the utilities are way too much here for apartments, poor insulation, single pane glass. A/C bills outrageous. The owners didn't spend much on construction & quality items. Also, there are no speed bumps to slow folks down. We have many familes here, and it's a wonder no one has been hurt by speeding residents. There are no speed limit signs either. I've had a half a dozen close calls from speeders when backing out of my parking space. As for cleaniness,it's above average, although they could a better job with all the trash that piles up around the dumpsters, like getting more frequent trash pick ups. Other than that the property seem fairly well maintained especially the leasing office,WOW! Palm Trees! (They could of spent the money on better efficient A/C units instead.)We recently purchased a home, but all in all
I enjoyed my stay here. Most of the neighbors are friendly and respect your privacy. I've only complained once about a neighbor that was blasting their music, and that was because the parents were out of town.I think the prices are a bit to high, but are justified for being an upscaled complex. They give you $300.00 referral fee for bringing in new residents! Finally,a Wal-Mart across the street! Enough said!

Speaking of the carpet, there was a report taken by a police officer on file about how the property manager ripped off the former resident for about $650.00 replacement carpet. We are planning to sue the property owner in June for inaccurate charge of carpet replacement of $650, the mold hazard to the former residents, and etc. For further info., please email to riskfree90d@aol.com |
