This place sucks!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The grounds are nice, the apartment is even fairly nice, but the maintenance is awful as well as the staff. The owner continually fires and rehires new office staff in order to operate- meanwhile the rates go up and much of everything else gets blamed on the crew that work previously. My electric bill has been outrageous... it has averaged two-fifty a mth.
