Speaking of the carpet, there was a report taken by a police officer in January 2004 about how the property manager ripped off the former resident for about $650.00 replacement carpet. We are planning to sue the property owner in June for inaccurate charge of carpet replacement of $650, the mold hazard to the former residents, and etc.
