350-400 AC bills with 2 bedrooms. All the other reviews in reference to the AC bills are correct. If you want another car payment go for it. The mantence staff is well aware that the air conditioning units are not capable of supporting a 2-bedroom unit. One bedroom is cold and the other blazing hot. When I complained, the maintenance guy comes in 2 or 3 times with his little tools pretending as if he would do something. Finally I get them to admit that the ac is not big enough. There is nothing they can do with out tearing the place down and starting over. I lived here for 3 years. The staff there at the time of my move in was great. After that oh my gosh what a nightmare. The staff was completely replaced at least 4 times during my stay. The left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. I bought a home afterwards. During the verification of my pay history etc. they said that I owed them money to replace the carpet in my apartment, although I got my deposit money back! Of course the staff at the time I departed was no longer there. In order for me to prove to them that I did not owe I had to track down the deposit into my bank account from the check they wrote me. I had always been on time with my rent.
ONCE I had a neighbor down stairs complain that I had a lot of noise going on. I got a letter on my door stating that if I had ONE more complaint I would be evicted. INSANE! I had been there almost 3 years with NO TROUBLE. Talk about walking on eggshells the rest of the time.
