Apartments are old and dated. Too noisy. One tenant set up a basketball goal where kids congregate until all hours of the night. Same tenant's son has a noisy off road motorcycle that he rides around the complex. Neighbor's dog destroyed the window blinds and have not been repaired. Makes the complex look bad. For $1,500 a month, I expected more.

The maintenance is prompt and the staff is friendly.

We feel that our homes are a great value for our area, and we look forward to many improvements and upgrade additions to our property since its' purchase in late 2007.

I am the owner of the basketball and the children in the complex love being able to play basketball. There is no space available at this side of the complex for children to play (pretty stupid really because this is where the 3 bedroom apartments are located and therefore the most likely place that families with children would want to stay. The basketball provides entertainment for the children and anyone that complains about the noise - LIGHTEN UP! Were you never young? Let kids be kids and if you have an issue, take it up with the kids rather than complaining to management. If the older children play at night and make a niose, let me know and I will sort it out - a much better solution than complaining to management.
