On move in, our apartment was not clean, there was visible food caked on cabinet doors, the fridge, the oven. New carpet was put in place.

There have been three forced entry break-ins over the past 7 months, one occuring in the past month. Management has failed to communicate this safety issue with residents and has asked the residents involved to remain mute on the point. Something I consider extremely disrespectful. The security gates are often in disrepair as well.

There has been a change in ownership and management with little change in operations during 08.

Both AC units on our apartment have been in disrepair for the term of the lease. To date 8 work orders have been requested for the AC units on this apartment. Today the outside temp is currently 70, my upstairs unit has been cycling for 2 hours and it is 79 degrees (by digital reading) upstairs.

I would recc that future renters look elsewhere.
