I have lived at Somerset at Spring Creek for over six years. Through those six years, I have seen many office and maintenance staff come and go. Most of those people definetly were not customer-centric and driven to create a positive and warm environment for myself and family. That is not the case with the current management staff. Is everything here perfect, no, but they certainly listen and attempt to get it right. They have gone the extra mile for myself and family. I am currently living in my third apartment here on property, and even though the electricity is a bit more expensive, we love it.
