You can't always beleive everything you see on these ratings and trust me no place I have ever lived has been perfect, but I do like living here. I will say that I think this is the best apartment I have stayed in since I have moved to Plano as far as the design is concerned. I have never had any issues here, and yes as the others have stated the Management has been different and changed around quite a few times. I have only been here about 2 years now and seen them come and seen them go. I will say that the team in the office now are good at what they do and listen to me when I have an issue and usually get it taken same day if in reason.The only way that you can really tell what is what is to check it out for yourself and never rely on the opinion of others including myself. My lease is now coming to an end and I will renewing just an F.Y.I :) Happy searching to all of you! Stacy A.
