We have lived here for 3 years, and this is the best property by far we have ever lived at. Is it perfect' No. No apartment complex is. But it sure is close! First, the leasing and management staff has always been friendly, helpful, respectful and attentive. Maintenance here ROCKS. Any issues we've ever had have been dealt with and fixed usually within 24 hours, no more than 48 hours. The maintenance guys are friendly, knowledgeable, clean and do a good job. The pool is always clean, and the grounds are kept very nice. We never hear noisy neighbors, or outside noise. There is plenty of parking, and the children's play area in the back of the property is a major plus. The one major improvement I would recommend is an update on their fitness center - the treadmills and other equipment are old, and the TVs don't have remotes and makes it no fun to work out in there, but other than that, it's a great property. They have many different floorplans with garages and are maybe a little bit higher in price, but for this area, it's good. I'd pay a bit more to be happy and feel safe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in Plano.

The staff does appreciate your comments, as we all work very hard to make Somerset the best community possible. You are correct - the maintenance staff is terrific. Venterra Realty does offer a 48 hour service guarantee, which means that we will address every maintenance issue within 48 hours, however this maintenance team always over delivers, completing most work orders within 24 hours. Thank you for your thoughts on our fitness center - I will certainly see about getting remotes for the TVs, as we do have cable in there, so it would be nice to be able to change the channels.
