Management had to have written this last review. Everyone who has lived here before the current management knows that Somerset has went way down hill. I had to wait for an aprtment three years ago. Now there are plenty to choose from.Yes the last review was correct about one thing. They have plenty of floor plans and will have plenty of more available over the months comming.

The previous comments were not posted "anonymously" like yours - they were posted by actual residents. There are a lot of people that love living at Somerset, and appreciate the improvements we have made in the almost 2 years we have owned Somerset - complete exterior painting, upgrades added to most of the interiors, all new clubroom, leasing office and business center furniture, a huge poolside grill with outdoor kitchen, among others. Economic times are tough, which does affect occupancy, however, we do have a wait list for several floorplan. On average, more than 50% of Somerset residents renew their leases, which is extremely high in the apartment industry. For all people who are viewing out there - the reason people are posting here anonymously is because the current manager is ruthless, and it would do no good. Please note there is not just one person posting anonymously - as she has suggested. Anyone who questions this would just need to hang around a little bit in the apartments to hear the "buzz" about her - and it is not positive. The sad part is that she does not care, she has a lot of long time residents whom she has disrespected and upset and she refuses to believe she is the issue and blames everyone else instead of looking at herself to make improvements. The people that she has against her are nice, respectful and family oriented people who genereally get along with everyone but she has made it impossible to deal with her.
