I have lived at Somerset at Spring Creek for several years - would have bought a home sooner had the market not tanked. Inititally the complex was nicely kept, reasonably priced and well managed but recently things have gone downhill.
Some of the new property management has been rude and condescending - I dread having to call for any reason because they treat you like an idiot or unwanted problem.
The rent has gone up and up and it seems that basic upkeep has gone by the wayside.
Overall I feel like a number now and my money is being wasted living here. I am gone as soon as my lease is up.
