I have been living here for the past 5 years and at first it was a great place to live. But now, it's a different story. Like other reviewers, the noise from traffic, parties seem to go unaddressed.
The office staff has changed as well. For three months in a row, I've had to provide a copy of my lease to the office to prove that my rent was $100 less than what their computer showed. Once should have been enough.
The staff seems extremely dissinterested in my issues. I had submitted a request 4 times to install a ceiling fan I purchased in my apartment. After the 4th call they told me that the fan was on back order and would be at least a week before they could get one in. Never mind that we live within walking distance of a Lowe's, and that I told them each time that I already had the fan. It still took them over a month all said and done.
To top that off, it's 92 degrees and humid today. My kids wanted to go swimming. We visited every pool on premise this evening and ALL OF THEM WERE LOCKED!
I will be leaving here as soon as my lease is up, with a very bitter taste in my mouth.
