Nolan Real Estate Services, Inc. owns this complex. Google this and you will find the info.
Maintenance really SUCKS lately. I think they're down to a skeleton crew or something. The guys are friendly and do a pretty good job once they're at your apartment. Which can be pretty difficult to get them out. Keep bugging them EVERY DAY to check on the status of your work order.

I am suing them for mold and water damage. Am looking for any information about parent corporation, Nolan Real Estate services in Overland Park, Na. This seems to be a apttern in apartments they own or manage. Need info ASAP. Please repond to jjbouma@azbar.org Thanks

can't sue for mold, you sighned a mold addendum. look on your lease agreement. Actually Nolan is out of Kansas.
