I had a horrible experience living at this complex. The management had no interest in making things better even going to the extreme of hanging up on me when I called in a problem that had been on-going for several months. Some of the problems that I experienced were noisy neighbors, grass clippings left all over my patio and in front of my front door by the lawn care company, neighbors that would smoke in the breezeway and use my patio and front door area as an ashtray. We also had a termite problem that we reported but it was never addressed and upon move out we found that much of our items in our storage room had been destroyed by the termites. The cable company that you will deal with here is another nightmare waiting to greet you. When I moved out it took 3 months to get my deposits back and I did not get them back until after I had made numerous phone calls and sent emails to the property management company. Finally after I forwarded my email to everyone from the CEO, the president, the vice president, and numerous other management types within the property management company I got my deposits back. I now live less than 5 minutes from this property and couldn't be happier. If you sign a lease here you are a fool and you will rue the day.
