I lived here from July 2001 to July 2003 and thought it was great. It's affordable, has a good location, and is pretty. I think that others who complain may have some issues with politeness and communication because I found the management to be friendly and responsive. I was very pleased with Steeplechase and wish I could have continued renting from them.
