A Pond Outside and Paint Inside Equal Luxury

They have 3 packages: The Basic, The Bronzed, and The Gold package. The only difference between the three is that they will paint it. So you are getting a painted Basic for the same price as a luxury apartment. As a man who really could care less about any color of the apartment.
