when i first moved here with my 2 year old, things weren't bad, but then my apartment started smelling like dog because the neighbors upstairs had one, and just from looking at their patio, they weren't too clean. then they moved, and that apartment was empty for about 2 months. you'd think they'd get on it and clean it out as soon as it was vacant, noooooooooooooo, they waited a couple of weeks before the new a**holes moved in. a family with 2 kids moved in up there, and all the kids do is run run run run run, which has totally disrupted my life. Where my son used to be asleep by 9 at the latest, he's now going to bed by 11. i've called the office 3 times, and nothing has been done about it. the last time i called, they said in order for them to do anything, i'd have to file a disturbance complaint with the city of plano/police, and they said something about discrimination against them. What kind of crap is that' Everytime i call for them to fix something 2 out of 3 times, they've fixed the wrong thing. I asked for a ceiling fan twice months ago......still haven't heard anything. The only person in that office worth dealing with is the manager, but everyone else....whatever.

I agree with this review, you almost never get an answer to your request. I believe they do discriminate against certain tenants. The only person I can not stand to deal with is the current manager, Barbara!
