The management at Steeplechase (when there is management) is just horrible. It took them over 3 weeks to fix my air conditioner when the average temperature outside was 92 degrees. At the time, my daughter was only a year and a half old and couldn?t sleep at night because the apartment would get so hot. Also, I have had problems with an obnoxiously loud neighbor which management has done nothing about despite the fact that they have a noise clause in their lease contract. Currently, they are accusing me of owing $555 that they can?t give me a reason for. I have paid my rent on time from day one and this will be the second time that they have harrased me about falsified fees because they cannot keep their records straight. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy--it is hell on earth!
