The office staff is poorly trained and lacking in aptitude. Worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Leasing agent is totally ingnorant. The model I was shown, is nothing like the apartment I moved into. Many repairs have not been completed for over 3 months. Since I have moved in 4 months ago, people have moved in with kids that swim in our fountain! Use foul language at the basketball court and swimming pool. I can't let my 7 year old outside alone. Trash is everywhere and delabidated cars are everywhere. Do not expect the management to help with anything, they really stink and their poor attitude rolls all the way down to the maintenance staff. If you want to move into a ghetto like environment in a great location, this is the place for you!
I wont welcome you, I will be gone by the time you move in.....
