Steeplechase Apartments

Going down hill From: soccerkay18 Date posted: 5/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This apartment complex is going down hill. It once was pretty good for the money, but all that has changed. The apartment managment thinks rasing rent $150 will help them improve things but instead is making the more quiet single families leave and letting college students that live 4 people in a 2 bed apartment take over. The low security deposit appeals to them making is easier for students to move in. Steeplechase has also decided to hire a towing company to tow you car if it has any expire tags or a flat tire. I say that is not the apartment complexes buisness and they need to stay out! Oh and you'll have the water shut off constantly because they can't ever seem to fix pipe leaks. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
