Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at Steeple Chase for a year and, despite my many requests for repairs. Needless to say, nothing ever got fixxed. I even talked to the Property Manager Barbara about the maintenance problems. She assured me that these things would be fixxed. They never were. It's a great location and I would have stayed except that they were raising my rent all the while letting people on secion 8 move in. How is that fair' I have a job and pay top $$ for my rent when people on wellfair get to say home all day...
