Moved from out of state and the company that runs Steeplechase runs others in the area. I was suppose to be in a gated community with racquet ball courts, wood floors, fireplace etc. but I get this dump! They called me two days before I left to tell me the apartment in the complex I wanted would not be available. So in six months I have had exploding toilet, broken A/C, noisy dogs/kids/singing adults, peeling laminate floor (looks like wood) (eeeewwwww NOT) on and on. Middle of summer and the pool is GREEN. When I moved in they had just painted and done all the remodeling. I was high for two weeks on paint and glue.
