I'll start with the obvious unclean pools, the grounds around my building were never cleaned by staff. I once found a kitchen knife sticking out of the ground. My toilet remained broken even after 3 different service calls. Then when I followed on those calls, the person i filed the call with said they never recieved any such call but they would get right on it. The toilet was still broken(wouldn't flush) when I moved out. The foundation had shifted from poor construction and I had to literally kick my door to my bedroom and my bathroom open to get in. Yet again service calls were placed. Since the front door had shifted, There were gaps where you could see light coming through on the sides of the doors. The light didn't bother me, it was the $200 electricity bill because the door wouldn't seal with air escaping constantly. I was promised wood floor, but didn't receive them. When we moved in, none of the lights worked, even though there were none in either of the bedrooms. Also, Don't spill anything on your counter tops because they are painted on, and the color will wipe right off. Overall a bad place to live if you like be happy.
