I have only good things to say about this complex. I did a risky thing, and moved from out of state and signed my lease sight unseen via fax. It was a risk worth taking. From the first day I contacted the office, Jaimie and the rest of the staff have been professional and friendly...answering ALL my questions and concerns.

When I moved in, there were several minor repairs that I requested, and within 24 hours every one of the maintenance requests were fulfilled. Nelson, the awesome maintenance man, has fixed every problem with quality, quick service...all while I have been at work! This is such an important thing for me, a single gal, to have the reassurance that Steeplechase will take care of me.

The staff has freshly baked cookies in the clubhouse! I love our lake and the atmosphere it brings with ducks and children. I love the walking trails that run through the complex.

This is a wonderful, cost-efficient choice. I am pleased to call Steeplechase home.

Oh yeah,just wait a bit and you will be shocked to see water bills for $70 where sewer costs $40.

Well, wait til you use the pool, and your legs and stomach get burned because of a chemical inbalance, if the pool is even opened by the health department.
