Well, I had wrote a long comment on here, and am very sad to see is has been deleted! seems management doesnt want you to see the truth about this place, funny they see the website and go from 21% to 50% in about a week. I think I smell foul play here. Anyways dont live here, I have had to call code enforcement for anything to get done, my roof was leaking 4 months ago, after at least a dozen trips to the office it still has not been fixed. Extremely moldy and smelly, stay away from the hell hole!

Here is a summary of my old deleted thread.

1. Leaking roof from Sept 2006 still hasnt been fixed despite numerous calls and visits to office.
2. Pool was closed by health department for extreme chemical inbalance and lack of fixing equipment. Closed most of summer.
3. Poor maintaince when they do come out (jerry rigged)
4. Poor Landscaping/cleaning. They dont clean the grounds, nails and tools everywhere, shingles laying EVERYWHERE.
5. Moldy Buildings, Since leaks are not fixed in a timely manner (four months) extreme amounts of black mold and fungi are growing all over. Animals get inside vents and die, stink.
6. Dog poop, no one has leashes on dogs and let them poop everywhre, but this isnt management, poor tenants are to blame.
7. One good thing is the fact that they are running about 50% capacity, their is plenty of room for cars, but watch nails. If you flatten a tire, not there fault even though they just re roofed and dropped all the nails. Contacted roofers, wasnt given correct number!

An additional problem came up. Dead animal of some sort has been in the ceiling since Jan 14th/15th A good side is that mainatance was there in minutes, but failed to solve the problem after about an hour. Very smelly when you turn your heat on, roomate got sick all night because of smell. The smell has sunk into clothes and furniture to linger even longer... I was offered plugins to solve the problem...
