Avoid this place at all cost. They violate your privacy, they enter your apartment with no notice 2-3 times a month, they will not kick out the drug dealers even after the police have them in front of the apartment with guns drawn arresting them. They are going to all the apartments and painting the doors, no problem there, but the problem is they are going to leave your apartment door open for 2 hours and no one guarding your property. If you are not home they just leave your apartment open to anyone who wants in. The rep for AIMCO is rude and says they can do anything they want because they own the property and you have no say so. I am moving at the end of this month, THANK GOD my lease is up

I lived there in 1998-2000 and left early 3 weeks before my lease was up because they would not kick out the drug users that threaten the life of my 10 year old child. I had been fighting with the managment and AIMCO 6 month prior to me leaving on the drugs, promiscuousness, underage drinking issues> I called the police and left 4 days after the threat. The management did NOTHING and never responded to my letters.
