these apts. have roaches!!!!!!! BAD! They are so cheap and nasty!

Kudos to you!!!! Please post the outcome of the legal action. Definitely appears that someone has cut corners in the construction of this place. In my experience, not only can you hear where people are in their apartments, but you can hear them using the bathroom as well. This place does suck. I wish you all the best in your legal action.
