The Price is fairly cheap, or it was when i moved in but has gone up.
There are 2 pools and a small fishing pond
They put in new appliances
There is no insulation in the walls you can hear everything the neighbors do
Lots of dogs barking all night long
There are few sidewalks and you have to walk in grass, the dog owners don't pickup after their dogs so the grass is full of poo
People that party all hours of the night
Every time i turn on the a/c it smells like a smokers house
Today (Friday)i need to talk to the office, it's 10:30 and they still haven't showed up, the staff generally doesn't take care of any issue you have
They come into your apartment 2 times a month for various reasons
If your neighbor smokes or has cockroaches in their apartment, then you will have smoke smell and cockroaches in your apt. too.

Take my advice and pick somewhere else to live
