These apartments are nice on the inside with new appliances and such, but there are so many insect problems and plumbing problems that the new appliance simply don't make up for that! There is always an ant problem, inside and out, and there seems to always be a termite problem. I've also encountered numerous spiders and a few rats in the time I lived there. It does seem that at least once a month, often two or three times, there is a plumbing problem and the water is shut off. Several times the water was shut off at noon and not turned back on until after the management office closed at 7pm. With children who have to take nightly baths, this was a big problem because there is no notification of the water being turned back on. Several times I called the office during office hours and reached the messaging service with no call back. The patio faced the parking lot and there are so many people coming and going at all hours of the night - Alma and Legacy are quieter roads than the parking lot! Yes, there was a murder, but we were notified. And, several complexes down someone's window was busted out of his car. People fly over speed bumps and play their music so loud that I had to rearrange my bed and my children's beds to be as far away from the windows as possible because the noise woke us up nightly. The management staff are nice, nothing special, but they seem to be annoyed with service requests. I just think that for the money, a quieter, less infested apartment with no plumbing problems would be easy to find. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.
