I LIVE IN SUMMER MEADOWS APARTMENTS,AND I THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN ANY APARTMENT THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN.I LIVE IN A 2 BEDROOM 2.5 BATHEROOM UPSTAIRS DOWNSTAIRS TOWNHOME AND I THINK ITS JUST WONDERFULL.
I RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LIVE IN A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT,THEY ALSO HAVE A GREAT LEASING STAFF,AND A GREAT MAINTENANCE CREW.THE GROUNDS ARE ALSO VERY
CLEAN THE GROUNDS KEEPER REALLY DOES A GOOD JOB.

I think you are full of crap, I've lived there for 6 months now and I think people that work here have issues with themselves specially the bald chris who is suck a racist ignorant fool and the ground here is dirty. i would post a picture just to prove to you if i could. everything is rusty.roofs leaking. people are old and half of the units are empty. so be it guys. just go somewhere else if you aren't white and old and stinky.

People who respond negative things on here are usually ones that got evicted or couldn't are flakes that can't get their own way. The only way they will get "justice" is to dog them on the internet. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. If you like living in an older complex that is comfortable nice and basic, then this is the place. Plain and simple. If you pay your rent on time, don't have loud parties, leave trash out, etc., then you would have nothing to complain about. Period. Thanks.
