Summer Meadows has seen better days. The management isnt the best and they take forever to get anything fixed in the apts.

I do enjoy the layouts of the apts. The cottages are really nice to have.

Kids roam around....night and day... not supervised.

A couple car break-ins latly. (thankfully not mine)....

Overall its an ok community to live at.....but look for something a little better...

Cheap to move in...but I am dreading moving out.
