This is the first and only complex that I've only stayed the 6 month lease. I couldn't wait to move out. There are questionable characters hanging around. People with their patio doors open and blasting rap music. A few ghetto looking cars, kids running around all the time,pidgeon crap all over the stairwells. They don't maintain the flowerbeds around anything but the leasing office. the interior fixtures are cheap and aging. I requested maintenance to fix my leaking icemaker 3 different times, they never got it right. It flooded the kitchen floor every time and I finally just gave up.

Anyway, I moved into a very nice apartment that costs me several hundred dollars more per month but well worth it! I'm not embarassed to invite friends or family to visit! :-)
