We currently live in these apartments, but are looking for another. We have lived here for appox 3 years and the water that we are now required to pay has been steadily increasing for the last several months for no apparent reason. We now pay for garbage pick-up (used to be included). The air conditioning units are getting old and they just try to patch them up.They have allowed the tenants to tear the complex up and it's starting to be pretty embarassing to have someone come visit.One of the 2 pools cannot be used and they are trying to rule and regulate everyone to death. Also, no handicap ramps unless you really threaten and harass them. If you pay this much for an apartment, you should expect more for your money.
