I agree that this apartment complex needs help. I dont like the fact that there is no parking for anybody hardly. Half the time I can't even park in my spot. My toilet constantly runs, as well as the ice maker. I wake up to puddles in either one at least once a week. I had a BBQ the other day and the railing on my back patio, some was rotted and before I could tell my friend, there he went. That stupid metal door over the shower is hung by nails and slowly coming down, but nobody has even called or inquired to see if anything can be done. I am waiting for it just to bust me in the head. I should of not signed the contract, especially after the screwed the first one up. I should of just left. I would be better off staying in a hotel. At least everything works. There are to many problems to list and now I am stuck for a year....haha. I moved up here for a better oppurtunity and something new. I had a better place lined up for only fifty bucks more. What a mistake.
