One complaint I have is that some places do not give you notice when maintenance will be entering your apartment. So far, this is one of them.
I really hope the office staff reads this board and takes into consideration the privacy of tenants and that while we need certain repairs looked into and completed, we expect a professional approach. This means giving us notice of when you will be entering our apartment on every single instance.
Just leave a little note on the door 24 hours in advance. Save me the suprise of walking in on someone when I come home from work. Not to mention i may have confidential information laying about that I would prefer to be put away when someone is in my home. THANKS!
