Reading all these other reviews and can not believe the accuracy in comparrison to my experience. Square footage is great! The rat situation...true. The high turnover in office staff...true. The disorganization...true. I eventually left for fear of my personal safety. Neighbors seen teaching their friends how to break into cars. Police and fire department out almost nightly. Had a failed home invasion attempt (thank goodness the back door had been painted shut). Lost doccuments from my file, mold, and 60 days later still awaiting a move out summary deposit return that was due after 30.

Did you not pay your rent on time? The only time people think the manager sucks is when they get the notice about not paying rent or if they are not following the policies of their lease contract. The staff turn over- again, please not true. Why don't you go ask them how long they have been there. The manager and assistant have been there at least 4 years. Being someone who was a property manager for 14 years, a door being painted shut does not stop a burglar. If you did not leave your forwarding address they don't know where to send your deposit statement to. But maybe its a good thing that your gone for both parties.
