I've lived here about 3 months, the rent is cheap for this area of town, but they do have income guideline limits also. the area is very quiet and you seldom see people out. its very shaded and they have two pools, the gym is very small but never busy so you can always get a machine to work out on. the management responds quickly to any complaints. and there is always plenty of parking, i would recommend this apartment to anyone
