not sure..prices are cheap but everything is so old!!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
they did not come even once for maintenance.
everything is so old !!! no screens over windows (bugs can get in any time)
you feel unsafe because no gates (I heard that a car was stolen yesterday night)
but!! the prices are very very cheap so make up your decision
