Hi,

Its my pleasure to write a review on this Apartment as I am one of the victim.

1. Lot of unmanaged pedigrees, people doesn't remove the waste and this gifts us with lot of deseases, especially the kids get sick frequently. No action for your concerns.

2. Wrong design and construction to handle Rain water, this gets jammed all the parking lots and walk way, you are forced to walk in Ponds/Canals.

3. People come from different parts of world for the respect this country gives, but lot of racist immatured residents who treat Non Whites as aliens and complain with no meaning.

4. Lot of Retired or Old Age women shout and complain without any issue. I guess people should be scared to walk around when these great women are moving around.

5. Last and Important one is THE MANAGEMENT, It used to be good earlier. Now the new Manager (Again a Racist Lady) doesn't even listen your concern forget about the action

If I were the decision maker for the recruitment wouldn't appoint a lady like this.

I understand, I wrote a big story but still deserve to do.

Think twice before moving into this apartment to have a peaceful life.

I presently live here at Summers Crossing. Do not move here. This place is falling apart and you have to pull teeth from the management to get anything done. People have mold problems, foundation problems and the up keep is horrible. Pick another place.....I know I live here....
