I just moved into the Summer's Crossing Apartments and I love them. The apartment is very spacious, the complex is extremely quite! I walked outside to take the trash out on a Saturday night and it was so quite it was scary! I don't know what these people on here are talking about. Stop complaining so much! Their probably just mad because the mommies and daddies would pay for them to stay in a $300,000 condo downtown. Boooo hooooo hoooo!!! But for everyone else who lives in REALITY, these apartments are great. I haven't had one problem, with my apartment or management. Another plus is these apartments on off Preston Rd, if you drive further down Preston, nothing but shopping!!!!

There were reports of 3 break-ins in Summer Crossings. Happened in May 2007. Has anyone heard anything about the crime rate around this apartment or area?

It depends on the side you live on. The apartments are nice but the leasing agents make deals with people to move them in order to get their commission. As a result, there has been some bad decisions on some of the new residents this agent has moved in. The apartment has a perfect location, but this property may soon be considered a very low income property if their leasing agents don't get it together.
