There were reports of 3 break-ins in 3 different apartments in May 2007.

Oh, my husband's car was broken into about a year ago too.
Anyone, especially the residents hear anything about the crime rate around this apartment or areas so far'

This place is really quiet during the day and night.
Which is good, and can be worrying at the same time if you watch a lot of Court TV like me.

Cleanliness and upkeep of the landscaping is somewhat disappointing... could use a lot more improvement on this area.

Laundry rooms's ok. Although some neighbors tend to use a few units of washer and dryer at the same time. Takes all sorts to make the world, really.

White's the predominant color in the apartment. You get popcorn ceilings, white blinds and doors, white kitchen cabinets. Bathroom: white tiles, tub, cabinets. Size of the bathroom isn't spacious.
Wooden floors at the front door entrance, kitchen, small storage room next to the kitchen and the bathroom. The rest of the floorings pretty much covered with deep beige carpet.
