I have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone in the office to answer the phone so I can inquire about moving in. All I get is the answering service. They too are getting fed up with having to take all of Spring Creek Apts calls. The answering service told me that the office staff at Spring Creek never answers their phones. It doesn't matter what time of the day I call. No one in the office will answer the phone. I have given up. This is a bad omen and I can only imagine how bad this place must be if they won't even answer the phone. I can only assume the negative reviews here are true.

I agree, however they are doing renovations in the main office and everything is crazy right now. They have machinery going and can get so loud I bet they have a hard time hearing the phones. That said I have seen the office staff reduced down to next to nothing, a terrible move vaidated by comments from people like yoruself. I recommend visiting these apartments in person, you might like the location (next to 75, shopping) and they're really not that bad and priced competitively. Just keep in mind there's the college down the street (CCCC Spring Creek campus) and we get a lot of college students in here who tend to party it up in the spring/summer/early fall. And people with hoop-dees and noisy trucks.
