This has to be one of the worst places I have ever lived. The noise level is outrageous. At all hours of the day and night there will be cars and motorcycles racing through the complex. There are way too many cars with modified exhaust and the low lifes love to rev them up. The police are always in the complex due to many things. These are usually disturbances and parties but also include car break ins and vehicle thefts. This is a major problem in this complex. I have seen this complex go down hill fast. It is becoming
very ethnic. And to top it off the office staff has converted several of it's golf carts to hoopdy mobiles. The only thing missing are the spinning hub caps.

The office staff are rude and act like you are bothering them. I had to go into the office 5 times to find out what my renewal rate would be. They won't return phone calls. No one would tell me until I finally gave my move out notice. Then they wanted to kiss my a$$ to keep me.

Avoid this complex at all costs! It was once a nice place but not anymore.
