This place just sucks and i wouldnt want anyone to go through what i went through living in this dump. The worst part of it all is the managment. There totally retarded and dont know what there doing. Debra the manager is as fake as they come. That ugly nasty --- guy has an attitued like hes something but hes not. What that ugly thing needs is some hair plugs. All the other staff is just rude and nasty. Thank god i dont live there anymore. So just beware. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

This response was probably by one who had some problems no doubt. However I have spent some time in the office from time to time picking up packages and it seems to me that everyone there is considerably helpful and curtious. Judge for yourself but this website is for onesided opinions and does not set the standard for where I live. If you consider yourself an open minded individual you will understand that this is totally onsided. This is a large property and out of all the apartments here these are the only few complaints, not bad, and not very fair because if anyone had anything good to say they would never post it here would they? I have neighbors here who enjoy living here as well as myself, more that do that don't. Use your judgement, these people are probably the ones causing trouble and I wouldn't want them as my neighbor so i'm glad that the office is cleaning it up. Great improvements is all I see!

I agree, think Stan works there. I lived there for two years...crazy, right? I renewed when new management took over, thought some things would change...WRONG; it only got worse. Everything everyone has said is soooooooooo true. Why Ray is still there is beyond me. Roger just came when I moved, and he seemed like he was trying. What I saw there, no training, and that is not his fault. Why does the manager sit in that back office; she needs to have her behind in the office. Maintenance, yes, they are nice, but can't get the work done. Why, I am not sure. Actually, it got worse since Philip left. He was good and got the job done, but was fired when new management came along and not sure why. I heard there was an area supervisor moving on property to cleanthings up...wrong. Why does she have her blinders on? Where is Nolan and their investors?????? I moved across the street to Sheridan Park, why I did not lease there two years ago, I do not know. Oh yes, I do, Centergate (previous name of Spring Creek) offered me a hell of a deal to move in. I should have asked myself "why" because I now know, bt I wanted to save money especiall with fees and deposits. Anyway, come on over, be my neighbor. Yesh, do that because they have a great resident referral program...lol. Linda and Rebecca are great in the office. Tell them Donna from across the street sent you; they will know who I am. Oh, speaking of packages. Not only will they sign for them but if I can not get home before they close and I really want my package, they will put it in my apartment if I ask them too. Maiintenace has been great. I have only had a couple minor issues but both done hte same day. I hate to move and hate to mow lawn so Sheridan Park will be my home for years to come unless the management changes and they suck too, but so far, I am extremely happy. I can write this because I lived what you guys are experiencing. Oh, I had the police called oon my neighbors, and manager was upset with me for doing that but I complained to them and nothing was done. Remember, Donna sent you (hey, I will split the referral fee wiht you :) Seriously, good luck all!!!!
